Easy Citizen (“the App”) is designed to help users prepare for the USCIS naturalization interview and civics test. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Easy Citizen is an independent educational app created to support preparation for the U.S. naturalization interview process. The App may use and reference materials based on publicly available information from official USCIS resources. However, Easy Citizen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other government agency.
Any data you enter into the App, whether by typing or by voice, is processed on your device and does not leave your device. This includes user-entered text, spoken input, and related learning or practice content generated from that input within the App.
Easy Citizen is designed so that user-provided content is processed locally on the device whenever you use features that accept text or voice input. The developer does not receive, store, transmit, or have access to that content.
The developer does not collect or store the text or voice content you provide in the App on external servers. Your personal practice content remains on your device unless you choose to share it yourself using features provided by your operating system or device.

The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the App content useful and up to date. However, USCIS procedures, interview content, officeholders, and government-related information may change over time. Users should always verify important or time-sensitive information through official USCIS and government sources.
Depending on the version of the App, certain limited third-party services may be used for app functionality, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, or app distribution. Those services may process technical data such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash diagnostics, or subscription status, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The developer does not use such services to collect the text or voice content you enter for study purposes if that content is processed on-device as described above.
